Spring Mist Med Spa Milton

Arrival
We request you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to complete the health questionnaire or other paperwork as needed. It will also allow for any preparation. We do our best to accommodate all our clients. However, any late arriving clients may lose time on their service. 

Spa Attire 
Clients coming in for multiple services that require your clothing to be removed, robes and slippers will be provided as you move from room to room. 

Mobile Phones Use
At Spring Mist Med Spa we strive to maintain a serene, relaxing atmosphere to give you a great spa experience. We request you to turn help us achieve that by turning your phone ringer off before arriving at Spring Mist Med Spa. 

Socializing
We request that while in our waiting area, please refrain from speaking loudly, keeping in mind that others may be receiving relaxing treatments.

Children
Spring Mist Med Spa guests must be at least 14 years old to receive services.

Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa, unless pre-approved.

Client Privacy
At Spring Mist Med Spa, your privacy is important to us. Should you need to disrobe and change, your service provider will exit the room to allow you to change privately. They will knock on the door and re-entering the room once you grant permission to do so. During the treatment, only the area being treated will be uncovered. 

 Right of Refusal
Spring Mist Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any one for improper conduct or inappropriate conduct or language. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct and language.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hr minimum notice for appointment cancellations. We always attempt to accommodate late arrivals. However, if a treatment needs to be cut short due to your late arrival, the full service price will still be charged.
